Tender for companies’ digital transition in Emilia-Romagna – Project CTS S.p.A.
The project is focused on the digitalization of the internal processes by means of implementing GPS locators on the vehicles, a tagging system for the equipment and the installation of an automated storage system.
Results: improved maintenance management, improved usage ratio of the equipment, improved organization of the storage system, improved operations efficiency, cost reduction and improvement of the working conditions.
