Birth of CTS
Based on its experience in the transport of oversized loads, CTS began its activity as a cooperative consortium limited by shares under the leadership of its President, Daniele Sansavini.
CTS S.p.A
CTS changed its corporate structure and became a joint-stock company, giving it new momentum in the market.
Acquisition of SMB
In order to meet the growing demands of its customers, CTS expanded with the acquisition of SMB, a Ravenna-based company specialising in the transport of oversized loads.
Acquisition of RBM
Services are expanded with the acquisition of RBM, a company with long-standing experience in the design, construction and assembly of industrial plants, particularly for companies in the ceramic industry.
Acquisition of Sassuolgru
The group grows with the acquisition of Sassuolgru, a historical company in the Sassuolo area, equipped with a specific fleet of machines for specialised lifting, handling, transport, and positioning services.
Sassuolgru and RBM
The project to merge Sassuolgru and RBM, crane lifting and assembly companies already controlled by CTS, was successfully completed.
