Midolini Group continues to invest in its industrial and territorial growth by announcing, through its subsidiary Midlift, the acquisition of the business unit dedicated to operated crane rental (“noleggio a caldo”) from Scaligera Service, a long-established Verona-based company specializing in mobile crane and aerial platform rental.

The transaction will lead to the establishment of Scaligera Autogrù S.r.l., a new company that will become part of Midolini Group and into which the acquired operated rental business will be integrated. Midlift will hold an 80% stake in the new company, while the remaining 20% will remain with the Brunelli family, ensuring local continuity and preserving the expertise, relationships and know-how developed over the years.

The creation of Scaligera Autogrù marks another important step in Midolini Group’s external growth strategy, strengthening the Group’s presence in the Verona area and along the Brenner corridor through to Trentino-Alto Adige. The acquisition further expands the Group’s geographical coverage and operational capabilities.

With this transaction, Midolini Group increases its network to seven operating locations, confirming its commitment to sustainable growth, long-term value creation and the strengthening of its leadership position across its core markets.
